In November of 2012 DC Group conducted its first online customer service survey. More than 100 current clients completed the survey and the results were overwhelmingly positive. Here are a few highlights and quotes from the survey:

- 90% of respondents feel that their account manager and field engineers are competent and knowledgeable.
