Our field service engineers are all DC Group employees, not subcontractors. By investing in our people with rigorous ongoing training, we think our engineers offer the highest level of service, experience and know-how in the industry. This leads to quicker emergency resolution times and a 100% job completion rate that can’t be beat. All have a minimum of five years of OEM or military UPS backup experience and carry high-level security clearances for faster service (DOH, DOD, FBI and military clearance). Engineers receive regular ongoing training at our state-of-the-art training facility. We’re also the only independent UPS service provider with OEM-level access to UPS units, so you skip the added expense of calling in an OEM engineer to clear codes, change parameters or perform repairs.
