DC Group’s Uninterruptible Power Supply Service Pros
We’ve built our business on uninterruptible power supply service that sets the standard for speed and efficiency. We couldn’t do it without having the best team in the business: Engineers with a minimum of seven years of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or military UPS backup experience; a dedicated account manager to work with you every step of the way; and a live 24/7/365 call center for prompt emergency uninterruptible power supply service. Meet your personal power team.
Your UPS Backup Field Service Engineer (FSE)
Our field service engineers are all DC Group employees, not subcontractors. By investing in our people with rigorous ongoing training, we think our engineers offer the highest level of service, experience and know-how in the industry. This leads to quicker emergency resolution times and a 100% job completion rate that can’t be beat. All DC Group FSEs have a minimum of seven years of OEM or military experience and carry high-level security clearances for faster service (DOH, DOD, FBI and military clearance). Engineers receive regular ongoing training at our state-of-the-art training facility. We’re also the only independent UPS service provider with OEM-level access to UPS units, so you skip the added expense of calling in an OEM engineer to clear codes, change parameters or perform repairs. Each client is supported by a personal account manager whose job is to to keep your maintenance on a proactive track. Proactive UPS maintenance improves the efficiency of your UPS equipment for longer-lasting equipment and lower utility bills. In some instances, our account managers have helped clients save tens of thousands of dollars per year with proactive uninterruptible power supply service. Our account managers also work with clients to analyze power trends for smarter planning, better budgeting and even more savings opportunities. Your account manager is the point person during any critical UPS backup system incident and is in constant communication with you during any event.
Our on-site warehouse is stocked and ready to go with the latest uninterruptible power supply parts – including discontinued and rare parts. Warehouse staff track, code, scan and stock these components. During an emergency, they pack and dispatch special kits called “crash kits,” which are express-mailed to meet the FSE on site during a UPS emergency. This system is key to our rapid response and 100% service completion rate.
