We are pleased to present our 2019 client satisfaction survey results. Although results are very strong, at DC Group we never stop innovating to improve our client’s experience, and to make our critical power services as efficient and responsive as they can be.
A few highlights…
96.7% Of our clients describe DC Group Account Managers and Field Service Engineers as “competent and knowledgeable.”
92.2% Say that their invoices and service reports are clear and accurate.
91.46% Of current clients would be either likely or very likely to recommend DC Group services to a colleague or a company that is seeking critical power maintenance and/or emergency service.
90.2% Of clients described themselves as “satisfied or very satisfied” overall with their service from DC Group.
Close to 300 clients participated in the survey which was held over the summer.
96% of respondents reported that DC Group Field Service Engineers consistently follow proper safety procedures.
78 Respondents left extended comments and ideas for improvement, as well as their contact information to serve as references for DC Group. Thank you!
