Our software represented by a proxy-agent strictly communicates with the selected UPS and our SNMP server that is highly secured. It does not affect any of your daily operations. We will be receiving the notifications from your UPS only for monitoring purposes.

Some services related to network or network device functionality, such as network card firmware upgrades, firewall/anti-virus software configuration, etc., are not included with this SNMP setup service. It is recommended that site IT representative test the site requirements outlined below and contact DC Group in advance to discuss and schedule any installation assistance. Please note that network support including installation and post-installation support is provided by phone. An onsite option is available for additional purchase.
