Frank started \u201cLove Is All\u201d to honor his father, H. Stephen Frank, and to reflect his personal dedication to the Buddhist principles of love and compassion.<\/p>\n

\u201cDC Group has been involved in every natural disaster from Katrina to Sandy,\u201d Frank said, \u201cI\u2019ve seen first-hand the devastation that people live through, and want to do more than just restore power. I want to help people rebuild hope and a sense of community.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the month since its inception on December 12, 2012 Love Is All has granted more than $20,000 in relief to disaster victims and others. Beneficiaries have been streamlined, direct-service organizations including\u00a0The Robin Hood Foundation, the Twin Cities\u2019\u00a0Union Gospel Mission<\/a>, the\u00a0ASPCA<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0North Shore Animal League<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Frank is reflective about his motivations for founding Love Is All. \u201cDC Group was founded in a spirit of love \u2014 the love between me and my father \u2014 and at the end of the day, that truly is what matters most,\u201d he stated. The elder Mr. Frank, passed away a decade ago, but is still very much present in all that Jon does. \u201cMy father and I didn\u2019t always get along, but we found our way back to each other and learned together that love is what matters. At DC Group we\u2019re known for our speedy response times across the U.S. and Canada. Here\u2019s how we do it!<\/p>

First, our field service engineers (FSEs) are full employees, not contractors, and we have hired for a very high level of expertise in our FSE staff\u2014we have more OEM and military experience in our fleet of field service engineers than any other independent service provider. Being employees means that our FSEs have full support and ongoing training at our state-of-the-art training facility. It also means they\u2019re accountable to a boss.<\/p>

We have FSEs in almost every major city, which has cut our average response time in major metro areas to a half hour (our average response time overall holds steady at 2.35 hours). Along with our FSEs, we have strategically located parts hubs. Having the correct parts on hand is crucial to resolving issues quickly, so we keep those parts hubs supplied with OEM-discontinued and rare components as well as the most commonly used and in-demand parts. Additionally, we have two main warehouse locations that manage critical power components inventory and keep everyone stocked up.<\/p>
