Toys for Tots!<\/strong>
\nWe\u2019ve got squishy. We\u2019ve got fluffy. We\u2019ve got flashing and we\u2019ve got beeping! In fact, we\u2019ve gotten a whole bunch of toys collected already for the annual Toys for Tots drive. So many that a U.S. Marine will be stopping by the DC Group holiday bash to extend personal thanks! After the holiday party (on December 20th) the toys will make their way to Kare 11 and on to their future homes. Thanks to everyone at DC Group for their adorable contributions!\"Toys<\/a><\/p>\n

Adopt A Family<\/strong>
\nDC Group adopted two families this year through the University of MN\u2019s Parent Program<\/a>. One family is a single mother with a two-year-old son. The other is a single mother with 12 and 6 year-old daughters. We will be purchasing gifts and necessities and delivering them to the families on December 13th. Update: DC Group has been able to adopt an additional 3 families, bringing the total to 5, thanks to the contributions of employees<\/em>. Thank you!<\/em><\/p>\n

At DC Group we\u2019re known for our speedy response times across the U.S. and Canada. Here\u2019s how we do it!<\/p>

First, our field service engineers (FSEs) are full employees, not contractors, and we have hired for a very high level of expertise in our FSE staff\u2014we have more OEM and military experience in our fleet of field service engineers than any other independent service provider. Being employees means that our FSEs have full support and ongoing training at our state-of-the-art training facility. It also means they\u2019re accountable to a boss.<\/p>

We have FSEs in almost every major city, which has cut our average response time in major metro areas to a half hour (our average response time overall holds steady at 2.35 hours). Along with our FSEs, we have strategically located parts hubs. Having the correct parts on hand is crucial to resolving issues quickly, so we keep those parts hubs supplied with OEM-discontinued and rare components as well as the most commonly used and in-demand parts. Additionally, we have two main warehouse locations that manage critical power components inventory and keep everyone stocked up.<\/p>
