The Chamber&#8217;s annual award program recognizes companies contributing significantly to the success of the region, as well as non-profits and emerging businesses that have a positive social and economic impact. Jon Frank, who attended the awards luncheon with CFO Charlie Kramer and others, called the award a \u201cnice nod from an important organization that does a lot to encourage and grow relationships among business leaders, government, non-profits and the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The award ceremony was held at the Graves Hotel and hosted by Frank Vascellaro who quipped about surviving the \u201cmost traumatic event of 2014 \u2013 which was the winter of 2014.\u201d Vascellaro conducted short interviews of the award winners (Jon Frank) in front of the sold-out banquet hall. Being employees means that our FSEs have full support and ongoing training at our state-of-the-art training facility. It also means they\u2019re accountable to a boss.<\/p><p>We have FSEs in almost every major city, which has cut our average response time in major metro areas to a half hour (our average response time overall holds steady at 2.35 hours). Along with our FSEs, we have strategically located parts hubs. Having the correct parts on hand is crucial to resolving issues quickly, so we keep those parts hubs supplied with OEM-discontinued and rare components as well as the most commonly used and in-demand parts.
