Although results are very strong, at DC Group we never stop innovating to improve our client’s experience, and to make our critical power services as efficient and responsive as they can be.<\/p>\n

A few highlights…<\/strong><\/p>\n

96.7% Of our clients describe DC Group Account Managers and Field Service Engineers as “competent and knowledgeable.”<\/p>\n

92.2% Say that their invoices and service reports are clear and accurate.<\/p>\n

91.46% Of current clients would be either likely or very likely to recommend DC Group services to a colleague or a company that is seeking critical power maintenance and\/or emergency service.<\/p>\n

90.2% Of clients described themselves as “satisfied or very satisfied” overall with their service from DC Group.<\/p>\n

Close to 300 clients participated in the survey which was held over the summer.<\/p>\n

At DC Group we\u2019re known for our speedy response times across the U.S. and Canada. Here\u2019s how we do it!<\/p>

First, our field service engineers (FSEs) are full employees, not contractors, and we have hired for a very high level of expertise in our FSE staff\u2014we have more OEM and military experience in our fleet of field service engineers than any other independent service provider. Being employees means that our FSEs have full support and ongoing training at our state-of-the-art training facility. It also means they\u2019re accountable to a boss.<\/p>

We have FSEs in almost every major city, which has cut our average response time in major metro areas to a half hour (our average response time overall holds steady at 2.35 hours). Along with our FSEs, we have strategically located parts hubs. Having the correct parts on hand is crucial to resolving issues quickly, so we keep those parts hubs supplied with OEM-discontinued and rare components as well as the most commonly used and in-demand parts. Additionally, we have two main warehouse locations that manage critical power components inventory and keep everyone stocked up.<\/p>

Batteries are involved in a high percentage of critical power events, and we are relentless about keeping all the most commonly used batteries in stock, including Enersys and CSB.<\/p>
