Your Dedicated Account Manager

Each client is supported by an Account Manager devoted to keeping your site(s) on schedule. This team member coordinates all preventative maintenance and emergency service, and tracks equipment and replacement dates for UPS batteries, inverters, rectifiers and other common components. By working with your Account Manager on a proactive maintenance plan, you can realize substantial savings. In some instances, our Account Managers have helped clients save tens of thousands dollars per year by developing a proactive plan. Your Account Manager is also the point person during any critical backup system incident, and is in constant communication with both you and the tech during any event. Lastly, your Account Manager tracks trends in load percentages and component use and can help you strategize for savings.

Your UPS Field Service Engineer (FSE)

Industry experienced, cross-trained and tested at our 15,000 sq. ft. on-site warehouse, our field engineers are all DC Group employees, not sub-contractors. By investing in our people with rigorous ongoing training, we think our engineers offer the highest level of service, experience and know-how in the backup power supply industry. This leads to quicker emergency resolution times and a 100% job completion rate that can’t be beat. All have a minimum of five years OEM or military UPS experience and carry high-level security clearance for faster service (DOH, DOD, FBI and military clearance).
