Management Reports
Standard Reports: Reports contain all data readings taken from batteries, UPS modules and other equipment, as well as status of the equipment and peripheral environment. Also, reports include any recommendations for future service. Customers can access their reports online in realtime as the engineer has our proprietary E-Tech which transmits the inspection data via our extra-net where our customers an log-in via the web.
Customized Reports: DC Group is open to creating customized reports for customers at their request. There is no extra charge and turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the report. (See attached copy of Reports)
The DC Group Extranet provides customers with the ability to access all information pertaining to maintenance of the equipment at their sites, particularly comprehensive site lists including addresses, equipment inventories, past service logs and reports and schedules for future service.
Comprehensive Site Summaries
Within the Extranet, customers can search and sort records and reports of all past, present and future maintenance performed at their sites. Jobs are first categorized by status—Quoted, Confirmed, Under Review or Completed—and then by the type of service performed:
- Annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection
- Semiannual Preventive Maintenance Inspection
- Battery Installation
- Upgrade
- Walk-Through
- Emergency Service
With these search tools, customers can access histories and reports for exactly the service they wish. All paperwork for the jobs—including Service Reports, Invoices and Quotes for Recommended Service—are posted in the Extranet, as well as all contract quotations.
Predictive Tools
As an invaluable service to our customers, the DC Group Extranet also recognizes and categorizes any sites with service recommendations according to the urgency of the deficiency:
- Red Sites (Problems exist that require immediate attention)
- Yellow Sites (Minor problems exist)
- End of Life (Replacement of batteries, capacitors or unit itself is required)
All service performed to remedy these deficiencies is recorded in the Extranet allowing for convenient tracking of the replacement history of certain components such as batteries and capacitors, which in turn, allows DC Group as well as owners, to trend battery and capacitor utilization.
