The technician portal allows our technicians to upload reports right from their laptops, which means faster reporting during UPS servicing.

Technicians also use the portal onsite to report any abnormal readings such as unbalanced input or output, UPS batteries, fans, capacitors or other parts needed, as well as failed critical backup tests during preventative maintenance visits.
