By connecting seamlessly with the technician portal and customer portal this interface gives Account Managers instant information on service updates, site summaries and customer inquiries.

Trending, Tracking and Budgeting

Your Account Manager can also use this portal to help you trend and track uninterrupted power supply component use and load percentages for better budget monitoring. D-Tech’s Proactive Replacement section allows you to forecast replacement for all common UPS “consumables” (such as batteries, capacitors and fans) from a single screen. What once required hours of analysis for budget savings is now available in a few quick clicks.
